Answers about the membership...
- Nothing at all. Signing up and creating an account with amateurcommunity.com is completely free of charges.
- Your personal information will be stored by us. Your information won't be forwarded to any other parties and whenever you're transferring personal data, the connection will be protected the best possible way.
- Yes, you can reach our service hotline under 01805-909070 (12 Cent/min). From Monday to Friday from 08 AM - 10 PM, Saturday and Sunday we can be reached between 2 PM and 5 PM.
- Depends on the picture. The price for a picture will be shown before the actual purchase. You'll be able to decide for yourself whether you want to buy or not.
- Movies have a different price, mostly based on the length and quality of the movie. Before purchasing a movie you'll see the actual price, from that moment it's up to you to decide whether or not to purchase it.
- You don't need to cancel your account, it's not costing you anything. If you're not interested in using our amateur community anymore, simply stop logging in.
- If you want, or need, to change your personal information, please contact us at support@amateurcommunity.com.
- Beneath the sign up section on the site (top right) you'll find the link "forgot your password?" - click it and walk your way through the process.
Answers to technical questions...
- In this case the the amount of coins probably isn't enough to purchase the picture. Buy some extra coins and you'll be able to access the picture(s) with the new coins.
- You're able to view the pictures you've purchased as many times as you wish. With every visit you do need to unlock the picture(s). The offer will be available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- You only need to unlock a movie once. After that you're able to watch it as many times as you wish. After unlocking the movie you'll be able to download the movie to your PC as well and watch it there.
- If you've uploaded a movie to your PC, it will be on your computer and you're able to watch as many times as you wish to. Remember though, these movies are only meant for private use, they can't be handed over to third parties. Illegal use of the movie(s) will result in legal actions.
- Use the Microsoft Windows Mediaplayer to watch the movies you'll find on our site. The player can be downloaded for free and is easy to use.
- Click the actor or actresses name, you'll find under the picture(s), and you'll land on the actor/actricesses personal page. Right next to the picture you'll find the option to send the actor/actrice a personal message.

Answers about the membership...
- Upload your scanned passporte copies here. These documents are important, as we need them to verify your account. Make sure you're sending us copies of both sites of the passporte. If you don't have a scanner, please copy your passporte and send it to us by fax (01805 909080). If the upload isn't working, please send your documents to help@amateurcommunity.com.
- Before we get started, we need a verification of the personal data you've entered when signing up. In order to get verified, we need a copy of both sites of your passporte. Please send the copies to help@amateurcommunity.com. Please make sure your picture and all personal data is readable. Once we've received the documents, we'll need 1-3 days to verify your account. One very important thing, the text "AmateurCommunity.com" needs to be present within the picture. It's not allowed to add the text afterwards, it needs to be part of the picture. - Several of your movies and pictures, to which you own the copyright, can be transferred to us. Other people appearing on the movies or pictures need to have given their permission to publish the content.
- Your personal data will be stored by us and used to verify your pictures and movies, none of the available data will be hand over the other parties.
- Verifying the uploaded data may take a few days in certain cases. We receive hundres of pictures and movies a day that needs to be verified, in order for us to offer the best possible content it may take some time for your content to be valuated, please be patient.
- Many of the pictures and movies we receive there are people present from which we haven't received a copy of their passport. In some cases there simply aren't enough pictures available for a set or the movies simply to short. The files you've uploaded may be damaged in the process, or copyrights or commercial advertising are visible. Another reason for you're content to be declined might be the quality of the pictures and/or movies, if the overall picture and/or movie make a professional impression it will be declined automatically. As we're only able to check the content avaible, please make sure everything is okay before you start uploading your files
- You'll earn 35% of the turnover and you'll get paid afterwards. 35% of the turnover your visitors are creating by purchasing your personal pictures and videos. How much you've earned can be seen in your statistics.
- Reveneue is being paid out every 14 days, the standard payout period. In this payout we're covering 14 days in total. The minimum revenue is € 50, IP Broadcast will send you a written statement by mail and/or enables you to download it in the amateur section.
- Your current statistics and payouts from the previous months can be found in the "upload" section under "turnover".
- Unfortunately is might happend that a user is spending money he doesn't have. When we're trying to withdraw the money from his or her account, the bank contacts us to let us know a withdrawal isn't possible. Things like that are causing extra costs for both the bank and us, your revenue won't suffer because of this. The turnover you've made, with this specific user, can only be paid out though when we've been able to collect the money through debt collection
